Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs M. Gleeson, Mr K. Parslow.

The course is both theoretical and practical based and is designed for students who are highly competitive in sporting situations. 

Students will cover in greater detail:

  • Anatomy, biomechanical and physiological aspects of the body.
  • Socio cultural understanding.
  • Technique analysis.
  • The effectiveness of how and why Kotahitanga is promoted in movement.
  • Interpersonal skills in a range of activities
  • Participation in a range of activities.
