Course Description

This course is a transition course designed for English language learners who have Beginners’ / post-Beginners’ English skills on arrival to LBC. The focus is on developing students’ English language skills, as well as their confidence in language use, so that they can go on to access what is taught in mainstream subjects. The course has a strong focus on building general vocabulary and simple grammatical structures required for further studies at Long Bay College.

EQUIPMENT/STATIONERY:

Confirmed stationary lists will be available at the beginning of the school year. It is unlikely that this course will require any items in addition to a laptop computer and some general stationery.
