Long Bay College
Mathematics
Long Bay College has a long-established Mathematics Club which supports students of all abilities. It works with those who need help and also extends those who are ready to enrich their learning. Throughout the academic year, students compete in multiple Mathematics competitions, including the Otago Mathematics Competition, Kiwi cam, Mathex, and the Mathematics Olympiad. The faculty also funs multiple lunchtime and afterschool workshops ahead of junior and senior assessments to help support students in being successful.
