L2 Practical Physical Education and Sports Leadership
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs M. Gleeson.
This course is both practical and theoretical. It encompasses leadership and safety (including a three-day outdoor education trip to Shakespear Regional Park), social responsibility, practical performance and demonstrating safe exercising techniques. Students will learn the traditional game of Ki-O-Rahi, as well as being given the opportunity to develop their leadership, safety and coaching skills. This course is targeted for students who are not considering future university study and cannot be taken with L2PED.
