L1 Dance
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Miss R. Richards.
This course builds on the skills and techniques learnt in the previous year. Students will further develop their ability to perform, choreograph and demonstrate knowledge of dance genres effectively. Students will learn a range of dance styles and will be given the opportunity to work individually and as part of a group. Knowledge and understanding is tested in written external exams for students. Appropriate dance clothing is required. Students will perform in the dance showcase evening.

EQUIPMENT/STATIONERY:
Confirmed stationary lists will be available at the beginning of the school year. It is unlikely that this course will require any items in addition to a laptop computer and some general stationery.
